TOUCH – BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
At Touch of well-being Studio, Massage treatment experiences have been designed to revitalize the mind and body.
Please note:
- All Client to Touch of Wellbeing are by appointment only.
- We offer a mobile, seated or bed massage service to companies anywhere within the CBD. Our therapists visit your office during business hours to perform 15-20 minute massages for employers and employees.
- There is a two-hour minimum booking fee per session and prices vary according to the number of hours and duration of each massage. Discounts will apply for long term contracts.
- Private Health Insurance rebates available for therapeutic / Remedial massage
Appointments: Please telephone, text or email to make an appointment. Name, telephone number, credit card and gift voucher reference are required to secure your booking. We will also ask for a 50% deposit. Please arrive 10 minutes prior your appointment time to complete treatment consultation form.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
At Touch of wellbeing we are not a medical centre and therefore we will not offer advice regarding the suitability or appropriateness of any of our treatments for any medical condition. We are follow “Contraindications of Massage” Any complications of pregnancy, anyone with cancer, an infectious condition, skin disorder or inflammation, to avoid scar tissue, and that we have to get the doctor’s permission before we massaged anyone else with a medical condition. To help us make good choices about a safe treatment plan for any client, to have the confidence to work with clients who are not well and healthy, to know when it might be sensible to refuse treatment and when to refer to another professional.
Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 hrs. notice before cancelling an appointment. Failure to attend an appointment without giving notice will result in your being charged for the appointment or redemption of gift voucher.
